Description: Saga Anderson arrives to investigate ritualistic murders in a small provincial town. Alan Wake writes a dark novel, altering reality around him. However, when Anderson discovers pages from a horror novel that begin to come to life before her eyes, her case quickly turns into a living nightmare. Alan Wake, a writer trapped in a nightmare beyond our world, writes a dark novel in an attempt to alter reality around him and escape his prison. Fleeing the terror of the darkness that haunts him, Wake struggles to maintain his sanity and defeat the devil on his own turf. Anderson and Wake are two heroes walking different paths in two separate realities, but deep down they are connected by something they themselves cannot understand: their actions and deeds reflect each other, influencing the worlds around them. Drawing power from a horror novel, otherworldly forces of darkness permeate Bright Falls, poisoning the souls of the locals and threatening the loved ones of Wake and Anderson. Light is their weapon and refuge in the fight against the darkness. Can Alan and Saga escape the confines of horror, where there are only monsters and victims, and become the heroes they were meant to be?
