The year is 1926: an astronomy professor is found dead in her manor, and all signs point to her being the victim of a heinous murder. Choose one of 12 courageous investigators from the Arkham Horror games, each with their own unique skill set, and assemble your team to solve the mystery of this mysterious death. Discover clues, conduct interrogations, and progress through nine chapters as the story unfolds. Your investigation will take you to dark institutions and mysterious locations, including Miskatonic University, Arkham Asylum, and the swamps of Louisiana. As your investigators move closer to their goal, your party will encounter curious science, living nightmares, and a sinister cult dedicated to bringing about the end of all existence. Use a variety of melee and ranged weapons, as well as powerful items and devastating magical spells, to defeat opponents in turn-based combat while maintaining your sanity. As they encounter Lovecraft's lovers, your investigators will descend into the depths of madness, affecting their sanity and inflicting injuries that will shape the course of your investigation.
