Description: Batman Arkham Origins is the third part in the Batman Arkham series. It is a prequel and will take place several years before the events of the previous parts. Batman: Arkham Origins introduces an expanded Gotham City, where the most dangerous criminals and supervillains have yet to rise to the top, and Batman is young and inexperienced. However, Batman will face a turning point in his life that will shape his future path and his transformation into the Dark Knight. Players will meet many important characters for the first time and forge key connections and relationships. The game world is approximately twice as large as the previous installment. Furthermore, Batman: Arkham Origins supports multiplayer for the first time in the series.
Game Features:
  • Story Campaign: Batman: Arkham Origins tells an all-new story from screenwriters Michael "Dooma" Wendschuh and Corey May, whose credits include Prince Persia: Warrior Within, Assassin's Creed, and Army of Two. DC Comics Creative Director Geoff Johns serves as a consultant. Witness Batman's early years as a crimefighter and encounter for the first time those who would become the Dark Knight's sworn enemies.
  • The new Crime Scene system simplifies the information gathering process. Using cutting-edge gadgets, Batman can recreate a virtual version of what happened at a crime scene and discover clues invisible to the naked eye.
  • Gotham awaits. A variety of enemies await you in new and familiar locations, along with crimes to investigate and mysteries to solve.
  • Hunt: criminals who are relevant to the main plot, but not integral to it. Whether to engage them or not is entirely up to you.
  • New enemies await you on the streets of Gotham – armored thugs with incredible strength and exceptionally agile opponents who are not easy to keep track of. To emerge victorious from every encounter, you'll need to master the FreeFlow combat system.
  • Batman's arsenal will be expanded with new gadgets, such as a remote-controlled Bat-Claw. Familiar devices from previous games in the series will also be retained.
  • On the dark streets of Gotham, Batman will face off against a host of iconic characters, including Black Mask, Deathstroke, Bane, the Joker, Anarchy, Captain Gordon, and more.
