  • Battlefield 3's main advantage is shaping up to be its new engine—the mighty Frostbite 2. Just like in real combat! Any wall can be dismantled, so choosing cover in BF3 requires a good head on your shoulders. Otherwise, you might soon lose that head.
  • Theaters of war will span all major regions of the world—the United States, the Middle East, and Europe. Maps range from the tight urban streets of Paris, Tehran, and New York, where you'll need to peer carefully into windows, to vast open spaces where it's perfectly possible to smash through in a passing armored personnel carrier. All types of vehicles remain in Battlefield 3—aircraft, ground vehicles, and naval vehicles.
