Description: Company of Heroes 3 is the third installment of the real-time strategy game set during World War II. The threequel takes place in the Mediterranean theater of war, where players have access to a variety of diverse regions. In CoH 3, the campaign is structured similarly to that of Dawn of War: Dark Crusade â€“ players must capture territories, gradually coloring the map their own. In addition to the online mode, players also have access to multiplayer. A key innovation of the third installment is the ability to pause the action, allowing for a short respite and consideration of the next move. Players will also experience a number of new troop commands (for example, infantry can be sent to breakthroughs), the need to consider the terrain when planning operations, and the need to carefully position soldiers on the map. The third installment boasts the largest vehicle fleet (compared to previous installments in the series), destructible structures, the use of ruined buildings as cover, and a completely new version of the proprietary Relic engine, taking the visuals to a new level. The game is dedicated to the fighting in the Mediterranean region, beginning in 1940. It features two single-player campaigns, each covering a different period of the war. In one, you play as the Anglo-American forces during the landing in Italy and the advance on Rome. In the other, you lead the German Afrika Korps from the capture of Benghazi in Libya to the first battle of El Alamein in Egypt. Multiplayer battles take place in the same regions.
