Description: Cross Fire is one of those inspired projects, literally exuding the spirit of CS. The opposing sides in the game are represented by two mercenary organizations – Global Risk and Black List. The first team is recruited from retired special forces soldiers from all over the world and represents a positive faction acting in the interests of the global community. Bloody battles are waged using the best examples of modern world weaponry. The arsenal is expectedly familiar – three types of grenades (smoke, flash, and standard offensive), an army bayonet, several pistols (not without the Desert Eagle), and fifteen guns from the Primary Weapons category – shotguns, machine guns, and rifles (the confrontation between the AK-47 and M4A1 continues). Cross Fire features four game modes. Team Death Match and Elimination (they differ slightly) are classic games where everything boils down to eliminating the enemy. Next up is Search & Destroy, a direct reference to Counter-Strike maps with the "de_" prefix, where the main objective is to destroy/save some important object. Finally, there's Ghost Mode, which the developers decided to create with a bit of originality. In this mode, the Black List team becomes invisible, but can only use knives. Their goal is to blow up a certain target guarded by Global Risk forces.
