Description: Divinity: Original Sin â€” An original sequel with a new combat system. The second installment of the renowned turn-based RPG, Divinity. In the new installment and expansion, the developers retained the genre's best roots, imbued the game with a unique combat system, and added a multiplayer mode to the single-player experience. The hero's goal, as always, remains the same: to become divine. Players will have hundreds of storyline options, a huge number of characters, and an RPG component that allows them to create a personal fighter in a unique squad, each with leveling capabilities. At the beginning of the game, you will create two characters of different genders. You customize their appearance, personality, and determine key character stats, class, faction, and skills. Upon entering the game, you are immediately immersed in turn-based combat, where the key aspects are flanking attacks, backstabbing, using spells at the right moment, and free attacks. Players will have basic stats: strength, agility, intelligence, perception, speed, and constitution. Each perk creates derivatives that are taken into account in combat. For example, if your hero is heavily invested in agility and constitution, they'll be hard to hit and can absorb a lot of damage, but their combat effectiveness will be zeroâ€”damage only from spells. We create characters who initially become members of the Source Hunters order. Their goal is to resist the magic of Source to prevent the existence of a deity imbued by another order whose goal is tyranny. At the beginning, the player chooses their race. It can be a human, a lizard, an elf, a dwarf, or a skeleton (undead). Depending on your race, you'll be presented with a story arc for your character that will greatly impact the subsequent development of the plot.
