Description : Dorfromantik is a relaxing construction strategy and puzzle game in which you place tiles to create ever-growing idyllic village landscapes. At any time, you can immerse yourself in a quiet, peaceful world and take a break from the daily grind. At the same time, Dorfromantik offers a challenge for those who seek it: to break the high score, you must carefully plan and strategically place your tiles. You start the game with a stack of procedurally generated tiles. One by one, you place the top tile from the stack into any available slot on the board, rotating them as needed to best fit. This creates groups and combinations of landscapes, such as forests, villages, or bodies of water, and you are rewarded with points based on how well the tiles fit together. On some tiles, you'll encounter special objects that unlock tasks, such as: a windmill must border six grain fields, a steam locomotive must have a route of 10 tracks, or a deer must live in a forest with at least 50 trees. Complete these tasks to earn more tiles and continue expanding your landscape. The game ends when the stack of tiles is completely depleted. As your landscape expands, you'll advance into new, colorful biomes and discover pre-placed game objects that unlock long-term tasks. By completing these tasks, you can unlock new tiles, new biomes, and new tasks.
