Description: Drop Duchy is a legendary geometric puzzle game with a new twist. You'll need to do more than just clear rows; you'll build a duchy from various tiles, strategizing and battling opponents. It's a hybrid of a card game, puzzle, and rogue-lite. Gameplay is based on tactical block placement. Optimize the board to collect valuable resources, defend your castle, and build a powerful army. Lost? No problem! Use your accumulated experience to unlock new content! A chip from an old block - Each round of Drop Duchy presents you with a new, unique landscape. Place tiles just like in a regular block puzzle, but be strategic. Align them to take advantage of each block's activation conditions and maximize resources and units. Choose the right structures and place them near dense forests, wide rivers, or green plains to ensure your duchy's prosperity. Line up your ranks to earn bonuses. However, your main goal is to gradually accumulate as many resources as possible, which will help you grow your army and defend your kingdom from enemies. Blocks and Cargo - Choose a path, gather your troops, defeat your enemies, and reclaim your captured territories. But be careful: if your castle takes too much damage, you will be defeated. After achieving victory, choose a route and send your army to storm the enemy stronghold. If your soldiers fail to capture the enemy's bastion, retreat and try a different approachâ€”the game mechanics allow for this. Adapt, win, and never stop! Deck Building Blocks - Grow your power with a sophisticated card system. Construct and upgrade structures with over 110 unique cards with powerful upgrades and modifiers. Unlock new possibilities with construction and technology cards. Each gives you access to additional buildings that will speed up the recruitment of soldiers and much more. Customize your deck to suit your strategic approach to thrive in the Duchy. Communicate with merchants and guilds, acquire valuable resources, and upgrade your deck. Increase your status and unlock various bonuses: increased resources, new cards, or improved health. These challenges are intertwined with the three playable factions: the Duchy, the Republic, and the Order. Each offers its own quests and rewards. By completing challenges, you not only shape your strategy but also increase your chances of success, as each playthrough helps you grow and win.
