Description : Empire of Ember is an epic first-person fantasy role-playing game with elements of strategy and real-time management, which takes place in the fantasy world of its spiritual predecessor, Ember. You play as a battle mage who inherits power in your city after your master is killed in an attack by a mysterious cult. Now you must restore your city to prosperity and avenge your mentor while investigating the strange events behind his murder. Lead your troops into exciting battles with up to a hundred units in fully destructible environments, explore a world of procedurally generated maps and dungeons, and build and equip your city with complete freedom!
Game Features :
  • Wield two swords and dual wield weapons in thrilling first-person combat. Clash with melee weapons, blast enemies with magical staves, or shoot them in the head from a distance with a bow.
  • Use the environment to crush, trip, impale, or explode enemies.
  • Unlock new spells from the Lightbringer's 3 schools of magic to wreak havoc on your enemies: hurl boulders with telekinesis, project chain lightning, raise fallen enemies, and command the undead to fight on your behalf...
  • Dodge, block, or interrupt enemy attacks, but fight strategically or you may find yourself overwhelmed!
  • Lead your army from a first-person perspective in battles with up to one hundred squads.
  • Tactics matter. Enter Tactical Mode and order your men to hold the line with a shield wall while archers rain death from above. Teleport behind enemy lines to sow chaos.
  • Fully destructible cities: Use catapults to smash defenses from afar, or break through walls and lead your troops through.
  • Create, decorate, and defend your own fully destructible 3D city. Strategically place spawn points to rain down fire from high towers while your garrison of melee units defends the gates.
  • Integrated exchange: download, siege, destroy, and rate other players' cities!
  • Build facilities to produce resources that will contribute to the growth and prosperity of your city.
  • Recruit and train troops that will accompany you on your adventures or remain in the city as its garrison.
  • Research new types of units to strengthen your army.
  • Judge and pass judgment on the daily events in the lives of your subjects.
  • Make decisions that can change the story and lead to different game endings. Contains a story written by Patrick Kevin Day, former lead writer at Telltale Games.
  • Empire of Ember includes low-fidelity blood feedback from player attacks, such as blood stickers, decapitating enemies with melee weapons, bashing enemies with your magic staff, or setting enemies on fire. Blood can be reduced in the game settings.
