Description : Frostpunk is the latest game from the creators of This War of Mine. It's a social survival game that asks the question: what are people capable of when they're on the brink of survival? In a completely frozen world, people develop steam-powered machines to withstand the unbearable cold. The ruler of a city must manage both its inhabitants and the infrastructure they inhabit. Tactical leadership skills will be tested in situations that question the moral foundations of what is considered a civilized society. Optimization and rational use of resources are often at odds with empathy and humanity. While managing the city and society will take up the lion's share of the ruler's time, at a certain point, exploring the outside world will become necessary to understand its history and current state. What decisions will you make to ensure society's survival? What will you do when pushed to the limit? And... who will you become?

Set working hours, provide medical care and food, and determine other aspects of daily life. Give people hope and meet their needsâ€”maintaining morale is as important as providing food and shelter.

Some of your decisionsâ€”for example, helping a citizen in need or compromising with a new factionâ€”may seem insignificant, but remember that the cumulative impact of your actions can lead to unexpected results. People have placed their trust in you, but their loyalty is not unlimited. Power can become a burden.

Survival is impossible without progress. React to current events, but don't forget the long-term perspective and invest in development and technological progress. Creating an advanced infrastructure with autonomous automatons, aircraft, and other technological marvels will be challenging, but achievable. Everything depends on your management and leadership skills.

When the turning point comes, be decisive and determine the path of your people. Will you rule with an iron fist... or show them the path of compassion and faith?
