Ghostrunner is a brutal first-person hack-and-slash game with a fast-paced storyline set in the grim cyberpunk world of a futuristic superstructure. Climb Dharma Tower, humanity's last refuge after a global catastrophe. Work your way up from the ground up, confront the tyrant Keymaster, and exact his revenge. Ghostrunner offers a unique single-player experience: dynamic, brutal combat in a unique atmosphere that blends science fiction with a post-apocalyptic theme. The game tells the story of a world left in the past, whose inhabitants are forced to constantly fight for survival. The streets of this tower city are engulfed in violence. Your iron fist and disregard for human life must destroy the Keymaster's established order. With resources dwindling, the place where life lingers is increasingly plunged into a hunt for the weak and chaos. The final battle approachesâ€”an attempt to prevent the final extinction of humanity. You wield melee weapons more skillfully than anyone who has ever walked the Earth, and your enemies always outnumber you, but not outskill you. Disembowel your enemies with a monomolecular katana, dodge bullets with your uncanny reflexes, and utilize a variety of special techniques to prevail in combat. Project_Hel DLC Expansion: Shortly before the events of the original Ghostrunner story, a combat android named Hel begins her own brutal mission: suppressing a rebellion within the foundations of a tower city. However, Hel's true motivation is rooted in hatred for her creators, who keep her chained between missions. Her internal programming prevents her from dealing with them openly, so she meekly follows orders and looks for loopholes to disrupt the grandiose plans of her creators.
