But it's not as easy as it seems. Each house faces not only common problems like dirt, damage, mold, and pests, but also supernatural phenomena like ghosts, monsters, curses, and secret rooms. You must be prepared for any surprises and use your knowledge, tools, and cunning to overcome them. In this simulator, you can choose different approaches to solving problems: either fighting paranormal creatures or hiding them from potential buyers. You have various items at your disposal, such as a vacuum cleaner, holy water, a hammer, or a paintbrush, to clean, repair, or decorate the house. Your goal is to sell the house at a good price and not lose your sanity while doing the job.
