Hospital 666 is an atmospheric co-op horror game that immerses players in a terrifying escape room. Teams of one to four must navigate disturbing hospital floors, dodging strange anomalies and choosing the right elevator to advance. The game draws inspiration from various horror media, including Exit 8, Escape the Backrooms, and SCP Foundation. The goal is simple: escape the anomalous hospital. Players must choose between the forward and reverse elevator depending on the presence of anomalies. Each floor presents unique challenges, and some encounter monstrous pursuers that players must nimbly escape.
