Description: Ruins are all that remains of Chicago. No one knows why the city was struck by a catastrophe. For the survivors, including the protagonist, another question remains: what to do in this situation? In I Am Alive, players assume the role of Adam Collins, who must find his wife and daughter, who went missing after a catastrophe. A terrible cataclysm destroyed not only the protagonist's hometown, but his entire life. As Adam embarks on a dangerous journey in search of his family, he will encounter not only the unfriendly environment and impassable ruins, but also not always friendly survivors. The need for resources and endurance will be key factors. Of course, clashes with the natives of Haventon, the protagonist's hometown, will be inevitable. Furthermore, I Am Alive's combat system is bolstered by the ability to "intimidate" enemies with, say, a regular pistolâ€”even if it's out of ammo, some marauders will retreat at the sight of a gun pointed at their heads. However, this trick won't always work.
