Description: Inner Ashes is a first-person narrative game in which players experience the impact of Alzheimer's disease on people and their memories through a moving father-daughter story told through fantastical vignettes. The protagonist, Henry, must delve into his inner world and explore two distinct realities to remember why he and his only daughter, Enid, remained estranged for so long. Explore Henry's mind, represented by several fantastical islands that represent the various symptoms of Alzheimer's disease, and awaken his memories by solving puzzles. Discover the truth about Henry and Enid by piecing together the fragments of their past. Step into the shoes of someone with Alzheimer's disease and overcome the challenges that make up their daily life. The game's mechanics are based on methods used to alleviate the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease. Stickers allow Henry to recognize objects and remember how to use them. Geometric puzzles stimulate Henry's memory and relive important moments in his life with Enid.
