Manage the queue, screen visitors, and choose a place for each oneâ€”toil in the factory, become fuel, or donate their blood and sweat for the good of the future. Literally. Open new workshops, build facilities to meet employee needs, and upgrade the research center. Resources are finite, so try to keep everything from falling apart before the ark launches. Hire employees with unique characteristics, fears, and prejudices. Send the hardworking ones up for promotions, and the lazy ones to the break room. It says "Raw Materials" above the entrance, but we simply forgot to change the sign. Juggle orders, manage to complete missions from competing factions, and avoid angering your sponsors. Remember, you're only alive as long as you're useful.
