Description: The game tells the story of 31-year-old Patrick Kalman, who lost his entire family under mysterious circumstances: his parents died violently, and his sister suddenly disappeared for unknown reasons. The trauma of losing loved ones has devastated Patrick's psyche and turned his own apartment into a prison. Patrick's only surviving family member is his sister, who disappeared over 10 years ago. One day, Patrick receives a phone call, and the voice on the line seems to belong to his sister. This voice announces her return—several years after her disappearance. This entire incident forces Patrick to shatter his former life of isolation, opening himself to nightmarish experiences bordering on insanity. Paranoid is set in the late 1980s, which is reflected both in the game's features and in the immersion in realistic locations full of terrifying, hostile creatures.
