Description : PERISH is a stylish first-person shooter for four players united by a single mission. Destroy hordes of creatures among the black sands of Purgatory and sell their gilded corpses to cowardly priests. Slay majestic bosses and use the proceeds to enter Elysium, a place of cosmic revelation. You are an Amietri, a corporeal spirit condemned to a ghostly existence halfway to Purgatory. End your suffering by performing the Rite of Orpheus and defeating the chthonic deities that haunt your turbulent journey to Elysium. Begin your journey with nothing but a broken sword. Only danake, the blood-soaked currency of the underworld, will allow you to acquire equipment more suited to combat the Lords of Discord who stand between you and Elysium. The vengeful creatures of Purgatory are consumed by the same thirst for golden danake that drives you. Fall into enemy hands and you will lose your acquired wealth. Place your danake in the Pantheon before you die, or continue on your journey to Elysium, risking the loss of everything. The underworld is a lonely place. Gather up to three friends and forge a gold-soaked path to Elysium. Use special co-op gear to support, protect, and resurrect each other on the perilous journey to eternal oblivion. Survive the harsh conditions of the scorched cliffs of Theseus, the crumbling temples of Orpheus, and the volcanic foundries of Hephaestus. Navigate crumbling labyrinths, molten lakes of pure gold, and shattered mountains caught in the whirlpools of Charybdis. The priestesses guard a formidable cache of weapons. Use your danake to acquire powerful crowns and rings, granting the wearer significant advantages on the battlefield. Choose from a variety of ranged and melee weapons, and then imbue your chosen armament with a host of impressive upgrades.
