Description: Project Lazarus is a blend of a simplified roguelike and 3D isometric action. The developers themselves position their creation as Reverse Bullet Hell. You can choose from six mechs (they differ in control schemes and weapon slots) and three maps. Initially, only one mech and one location are available. The rest of the content is unlocked by progressing through the survival mode (by fulfilling certain conditions). There is a plot telling the story of colonists of distant planets. The player plays as the first pilot, who lands on alien worlds and tries to hold back the onslaught of aggressive local fauna. Project Lazarus is the spiritual successor to the acclaimed game Vampire Survivors. Here, the mech also independently selects targets and shoots at enemies automatically. The player's task is to move the mech around the location, evade nearby enemies, collect experience orbs dropped by enemies, and build builds. The video game features over 15 different types of weapons. Players choose which guns to install on their combat vehicle. They can also upgrade these guns. Leveling is also possible. Collecting enough XP increases the player's level. At this point, the player is offered a choice of three randomly selected upgrades. Players can skip this step or try rerolling more suitable upgrades to avoid disrupting their build due to randomness.
