Description: An adrenaline-fueled, retro-style carnage chock-full of magic, demons, vertical platforms, 3D graphics, and 2D elements, all set to heavy metal. Project Warlock II is the explosive sequel to the Quake and Doom 64-inspired boomer shooter you were too embarrassed to ask for. Warlock Reimagined - Project Warlock II picks up immediately after the events of the first game. Each of the Warlock's apprenticesâ€”Palmer, Urd, and Kirstenâ€”brings their own arsenal of skills, traits, unique weapons, and spells, along with their own personal reasons for confronting their former mentor. The maps where the action unfolds have been transformed into three-dimensional, vertical, multi-story structures, platforms, and buildings, literally elevating the gameplay to a new level. Each of Project Warlock II's three chapters will consist of 12 levels, each larger, more challenging, and more varied than any level in the first game. Explosive Combat â€“ Palmer, Urd, and Kirsten each wield a unique arsenal of weapons and magical abilities that reflect their personalities and suit different playstyles. Their instruments of destruction can be upgraded in a variety of ways, meaning each character has over 20 unique weapons. In the first chapter, you'll take on the role of Palmer, whose love of ice, fire, and dual-wielding weapons proves especially useful in his fight against hordes of merciless ghouls, rampaging, vile devils, rocket-launching turbo knights, flying cacobots, and colossal pig demons. While little is known about his past, his deadly arsenal of weapons and magic makes him an unstoppable force as bullets rain from the skies, hellish creatures burst into flames, or crumble to ruin. In Chapter 2, you'll experience Urd's magical arsenal and her unique combat style. Her small, maneuverable weaponsâ€”from a magic-infused dagger and a powerful revolver to a TNT bombâ€”are designed for dynamic action, delivering maximum lethal force. Utility spells like Agility for speed, Poison for damage over time, and Crystal for battlefield control allow her to exploit enemy weaknesses and master the art of demon slaying. Chapter 3 introduces Kirsten's campaign, which takes you beyond the stars, to a place where cosmic horrors and unspeakable threats lurk in the void. Armed with heat-based weapons and summoning magic, she thrives on chaos. Her "nail gun" that bounces bullets off walls, her "lava flow" that scorches everything in its path, and her "demon claws" that rend flesh and armor fuel her insatiable thirst for battle. With hellish slaves at her command and the crushing force of her "demon hammer," Kirsten bends the forces of darkness to her will, seeking redemption... or something far more sinister. The tried-and-true character progression system from the original Project Warlock returns in the form of stat points and skill points to be found scattered throughout the levels. Use them at stations in the HUB â€“ a level between levels similar to the Workshop from the first game â€“ and upgrade your abilities to take demonic carnage to the next level. Each Warlock apprentice has several unique upgrades, allowing you to unleash the full potential of their arsenal.
