Salt 2 is an open-world pirate game focused on exploration, crafting, survival, and RPG elements. You wake up on a deserted island and must find resources to build a raft and set sail. Sail alone or with up to 5 friends. Your ship will become your traveling base as you explore the world in any direction. Discover islands with hundreds of handcrafted caves, ruins, pirate forts, and other mysterious locations. Follow the main storyline to uncover the world's secrets, or join various guilds and make a name for yourself. Forge powerful weapons and armor, hunt and fish for survival, level up to unlock unique skills and talents, and decorate your ship, turning it into your home on the sea. What makes Salt unique?
In Salt 2, we prioritized the PVE experience, allowing you to play entirely solo or co-op with friends. This game can be as relaxing as it is adventurousâ€”the choice is yours. You don't have to worry about being attacked by other players while exploring the seas or losing progress. The core gameplay is built around solo and co-op experiences. This isn't a game about naval battles, but rather PVE content: decorate your ship, complete missions, and explore a variety of unique locations. Particular attention has been paid to making your ship a true naval base. We've added over 100 different ship decorations that can be placed anywhere. Furthermore, the world is procedurally generated, allowing you to explore it in any direction as much as you want.
