The protagonist of Shantae and the Pirate's Curse is the long-haired belly dancer Shantae. Having lost her magic and in an attempt to save Sequin Land from a curse, she is forced to team up with her enemy, the evil pirate Risky Boots. Embarking on the path of piracy, Shantae gains new weapons to successfully complete levels and battles and regain her magical abilities. But is Risky Boots worth trusting? You must help Shantae upgrade her arsenal and improve her combat techniques. The game features an original pirate mode and multiple endings.
