DESCRIPTION: Solasta: Crown of the Magister is a tactical role-playing game based on the D&D rulebook and invites you to take control of a party of four heroes, each with their own skills that complement each other. Each hero also expresses themselves during their adventures, making every action and dialogue choice a dynamic part of the story. Just like in the tabletop source material, you can choose your characters' race, class, personality traits, and stats.
Game features: The world of Solasta: Crown of the Magister is three-dimensional, allowing you to climb walls, crawl through tunnels, fly, fall, use terrain, and more. When confronting enemies, you have a choice: attack from above, push enemies into abysses, use light, and more. One of the key gameplay features is verticality: heroes don't just wander through dungeons, but also jump, climb walls, and overcome obstacles through the air. In battles, you can take up positions on elevated surfaces. It's best to evade pursuit through narrow tunnels, which larger enemies won't be able to squeeze through, and cover should be chosen based on the hero's size. At the same time, it's important to remember that opponents also use verticality in their tactics. In battles, you can use the environment to collapse bridges, walls, and columns, or throw enemies into abysses. You should also consider the lighting in the locations. "Darkness hides many dangers, but at the same time, light can attract monsters. Some enemies can see in the dark. Others flee, frightened by a torch." - The early version contains the first act of the story campaign and a small fragment of the second - a total of about 10 hours of content. All classes and archetypes are available, and characters can be leveled up to level six. The full version will include three acts, additional locations, new loot, many side quests, including those revealing the backstories of the characters, and the level cap will be raised to ten. It will take about 40 hours to complete, but the developers note that the duration varies greatly depending on the difficulty level.
