Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge is an action game featuring classic 1980s-style combat mechanics. All characters, objects, items, and vehicles are inspired by the 1987 TV show of the same name, while also incorporating elements of exciting adventures and a touch of humor. The game features vibrant pixel graphics, old-school gameplay, the ability for up to four players to battle simultaneously, and the ability to use vehicles in a new story mode. Donatello, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Leonardo are the mutant turtles who embark on an adventure to exact revenge on their arch-nemesis, Shredder. Along the way, the boys will have to destroy numerous enemies. Each turtle has their own skills, special moves, and special weapons, allowing them to combine them, as well as ninja abilities to destroy Shredder's minions from the Foot Clan. As players progress, they'll have to navigate a long journey through sewers and city rooftops, moving from Manhattan to Coney Island. They'll also battle soldiers, Triceraton warriors, and stone troops along the way to Dimension X. The gameplay is a beat-em-up, primarily involving protagonists engaging in hand-to-hand combat with a huge number of enemies while navigating the city streets and eliminating all enemies.
