Описание:An alien invasion has divided humanity into seven ideological factions, each with a unique vision of the future. Lead one of them, establish control over Earth, and then the entire solar system, and battle enemy fleets in turn-based battles. A probe of alien origin was discovered approaching Earth. While humans remained unaware, alien forces established themselves on the far reaches of the Kuiper Belt, where they began extracting resources and preparing for an invasion. When the peoples of Earth found themselves unable to unite in the face of the alien threat, transnational groups began to emerge, led by military personnel, politicians, and scientists who decided to independently repel the potential enemy. While the aliens' motives remain unknown, factions driven by hope, fear, and greed are forming on Earth. • You will be the leader of one of these factions. • The Resistance seeks to unite nations into a strong alliance and create a united front to defend Earth. • Humanity's Force vows to destroy the aliens and anyone who sides with them. • The Servitors worship the aliens and believe they have arrived to solve all of Earth's problems. • The Protectorate is convinced that peace talks and surrender are the only way to avoid total annihilation. • The Academy hopes the aliens' arrival heralds an interstellar alliance. • The Initiative seeks to profit from the chaos and destruction. • The Exodus plans to build a massive starship and leave the solar system. A distant anomaly, a mysterious crash site, and a sharp rise in missing persons. Could this be humanity's first contact with alien life forms? As your agents investigate potential alien sites and your scientists open new avenues of research, you will slowly uncover the truth about the aliens' arrival. • From the first alien sightings and UFO crash sites to the chaos-wreaking giants of alien life and robot armies, you'll soon realize that the other six Earth factions are not your primary enemies. Significant events will occur throughout the game, forcing you to make difficult decisions as alien activity on Earth mounts. Try to uncover the aliens' secrets, discover where they come from, and what they're after... unless you're playing as the Great Humanity. In that case, your only goal is the complete annihilation of your opponents. • Terra Invicta features a global research system that creates opportunities for both competition and cooperation. Joint scientific advancement unlocks private engineering projects. If some factions focus too much on such projects, it could weaken Earth as a whole, and the decisive role in determining the planet's scientific direction could shift to other groups with different goals. Given enough freedom, factions such as the Servants or the Initiative, may even focus global efforts not on creating space engines and combat systems, but on strengthening social control. You begin the game on Earth as the leader of one of the secret organizations adhering to the ideology of your chosen one. The aliens are approaching, and soon they will be here, but for now, your main enemies (and maybe allies) will be other Earth factions. • Instead of a nation formed by the territory in which it lives, you lead a group of people voluntarily united by a common ideology. This is an important difference from most strategy games: in Terra Invicta, your goal is not to color the map in the colors of a particular people. Instead, you will operate in the shadows, competing with other factions for control of points representing the military, economic, and political strength of the region. • Geopolitics is your sandbox: unite or divide entire nations for your own benefit, and use the peoples you control to wage proxy wars with other factions. Each region of Earth is detailed, taking into account every nuance: from the level of education of the population and civil unrest to GDP and social inequality. By gaining control of regions with financial and military influence, you can establish your power on Earth, but without capturing regions with missile ranges and launch complexes, you will not win the war for the Solar System. • Enforce your will through politicians, scientists, and agents, whom you can send around the world (and even send into space). As your minions gain experience and establish control over influential organizations, such as intelligence agencies and wealthy corporations, their starting abilities will improve. A battle-hardened commander will be able to direct his tactical squad more effectively, while a seasoned diplomat will do everything possible to secure funding for a project to counter the alien invasion. • Seek out like-minded people among politicians and the masses and take the necessary actions to sway adherents of other ideologies to your side. Public opinion has many different coordinates: the Servitors, with their worship of aliens, and the Protectorate, preparing for surrender, may share common ground in terms of supporting or opposing the aliens, while events that show that the invaders can be destroyed can convince Protectorate supporters that resistance is justified and makes sense. Terra Invicta blurs the line between the real modern world and fantasy strategy games about vast interstellar empires. In this game, you will direct humanity's first steps in colonizing the solar system, where more than 300 celestial bodies - asteroids, moons, and planets - are constantly in motion, creating a living and moving strategic map. • Start a campaign in the present day to build infrastructure from scratch, or in the near future,to operate confidently in space from the very start. Build orbital stations and planetary bases, achieve control over the inner planets, and prepare to face existential threats on the far edges of the solar system. • For you and your faction, Earth is not the limit. Build space stations that will serve as shipyards and fuel depots, erect industrial facilities to extract advanced resources, and establish bases that you can later use as research or construction centers. Terra Invicta offers a more detailed look at the strategic geography of the solar system, where space is not just a collection of isolated stars between which you transfer your troops, but a rich and varied landscape of asteroids, moons, dwarf planets, gas giants, and other celestial bodies, creating unique tactical opportunities on every turn. • The appearance of the map itself is constantly changing, as the space objects that form it are in constant motion. This means your stations and operational bases are also constantly evolving, forcing you to plan ahead and adapt to changing conditions. For example, your colonies among the Jovian moons may suddenly find themselves adjacent to an alien military outpost or an Initiative privateer base, which until recently were far away. Terra Invicta explores the question of "how could this be?": how colonies on Mars might function, what engines our spaceships might use, what kind of space colonization and space warfare would be like. A player discovers large metal deposits on asteroid (16) Psyche and builds a mining station there—and then learns that in the real world, NASA has prepared a "Psyche Mission" for the same reason. • Exploration and subsequent colonization of space will require a large number of resources: water for life support and fuel production, metals for industrial production, fossils for nuclear reactors and weapons, and so on. At the very beginning, you will have no choice but to extract all these resources on Earth and pay exorbitant prices for each rocket launch, but over time, you will switch to other methods of resource extraction - for example, on asteroids - and will be able to provide yourself with everything you need on the spot. • Spaceship design in Terra Invicta is based on real scientific theories and the principles of serious science fiction. You will be able to design your own ships, independently choosing weapons, drives and other modules and installing them on different hulls to achieve the ideal balance between fuel capacity, maneuverability and other characteristics. • Tactical combat is based on a realistic simulation of Newtonian physics, where inertia and maneuvers in a fully 3D space are no less important than the firepower of your ship's weapons. Launch missiles and shoot down enemy projectiles with defensive turrets.Increase your tempo and execute sharp maneuvers to bring your enemy within range of your guns. Or make the difficult decision to remove your heat sinks, sacrificing heat dissipation for improved protection against a powerful enemy salvo. Terra Invicta is designed to be moddable from the ground up, and access to most of the game's resources requires no programming skills. We sincerely hope that the Solar System as a setting and the sophisticated geopolitical simulation will provide all modders with ample scope to realize their own ideas.
