Description: The Dark Pictures Anthology is a series of intense cinematic horror games with a branching storyline where your decisions shape the course of events. House of Ashes is the third game in the series. Iraq, 2003. As the conflict draws to a close, a military squad, accompanied by CIA agent Rachel King, is tasked with investigating a potential chemical weapons factory at the foot of the Zagros Mountains. Upon arriving, the search party is ambushed by a local patrol led by Sergeant Salim Othman. During the battle, an earthquake opens a sinkhole, leading both squads into the buried ruins of a Sumerian temple, where something sinister has awakened in the darkness. Ancient, voracious creatures have found new prey. The squad will face horrifying discoveries and impossible decisions as they navigate their way out of the underground labyrinth. Will they choose to survive at all costs, or put aside old rivalries and unite with their recent adversaries?
