Description:
"In space, tech support can't hear you scream!" As a casual member of your colony's space program, you leave Mars aboard a large transport ship, but mid-journey to new horizons, its reactor fails. All your time spent in the simulator hasn't prepared you for such a dire situation! Now, drifting in your escape pod without the ability to travel faster than light, you realize there was no easy way out. Use your wits to fix the systems, just like you would fix and reassemble your own PC, swapping and securing individual components. With any luck, you might finally find a safe haven.
Get your hands dirty! "Gee! The oxygen generator refuses to start... I hope it was just a fuse that tripped the power and not some kind of nuclear problem!" All the systems inside your escape pod are made up of many different components, from fuses to air filters. They are all interconnected and have their own critical functions.
Listen to your body! "My vision has been blurring for a while and it's getting worse! I really need to find that leak before I pass out!" When all your systems fail, in the darkness only the sound of your heartbeat and shallow breathing warn you of impending death. O?, CO?, atmospheric pressure and temperature are realistically simulated for maximum immersion.
Your life hangs in the balance... don't lose focus! "Those weird error codes again!? Where's the damn manual? This pod is a complete mess! Ah! There it is!" The manual inside your pod is filled with detailed information that could very well save your life.
