In the near future, the picturesque corner of South America, beautiful Bolivia, has become the world's largest cocaine producer. The Santa Blanca drug cartel has taken over the country's government, where lawlessness now flourishes and residents are haunted by constant fear. The cartel's influence within the criminal world is enormous, and Santa Blanca may soon become a threat to global security. However, direct military intervention will not solve this problem.
