Description: The game takes place in the distant future, in which the surface of the planet has been completely lifeless for a long time. The last bastion of fading humanity has become a giant, branched metro network, divided into various station-states. You are one of the inhabitants of an underground station, whose life becomes perilous when a conflict erupts between the largest factions, forcing you to choose who to support in this battle for humanity's last hope.
Game Features:

The game offers a variety of items to equip your character withâ€”from lightweight tactical vests to extremely heavy tungsten plate armor; from primitive weapons like knives and sledgehammers to modern plasma pistols. Or you can attack your enemies with only spiked combat gloves or even bare fists.

Our character system allows you to create both very powerful and very weak character builds. It's up to the player to find a way to achieve their desired playstyle. In practice, as long as you build a consistent build around a couple of desired skills, it should work quite well on Normal difficulty.

The game features a robust character development system, including basic abilities (strength, agility, constitution, etc.), which in turn influence your skills and, together, form the basis for acquiring skills. Skills grant your character special bonuses or new special abilities or attacks.

In addition to their regular abilities, your character has the option to sacrifice some of their health to gain access to psionic powers. These powers are divided into three schools and offer a variety of offensive and defensive capabilities. There are many ways to integrate psionics into your character's physique, including delving deeper and performing numerous related feats to become a kind of psionic wizard.

No matter how powerful your character, the game will require you to adapt your approach to each encounter, as they vary greatly due to different enemy layouts and diversity. In Underrail, you'll encounter giant rats, insects, and other monstrously mutated animals, various gangs, as well as more organized militant groups, robots, mutants, turrets, and much more.

Underrail features a well-designed crafting system. The vast majority of armor, weapons, and some other items found in the game can be crafted, and some can be acquired exclusively through crafting. Crafted gear is generally superior to found or purchased items in raw numbers, provided you invest in your crafting skills.
