    If you have bloopers when launching the Russian version, open "C:/Users/Your Username/Documents/My Games/Fallout3/FALLOUT.INI" in any text editor and replace bInvalidateOlderFiles=0 with bInvalidateOlderFiles=1.
    If "setup.exe" freezes when launching, use "setup-alternative-no-bins-check.exe", but make sure you have downloaded the files for the selected language.
