Description:Valor & Victory is a fast, easy-to-learn game with a squad-level system set during World War II. Based on the original board game, Valor & Victory, the digital version offers players accessible and challenging challenges. 19 scenarios, based on real historical events following the Normandy landings in 1944, present you with various objectives: destroy the enemy, capture objectives, or eliminate specific squads from the map. Valor & Victory is a World War II wargame system covering infantry and armored combat, assaulting positions, armored vehicle breakthroughs, capturing fortifications, and much more. SQUADS, FIRE, MOVEMENT, DEFEND, OFFENSIVE. REPLAY As in the original board game, each turn is divided into phases: Squad Phase: Automatically regenerate your troops, split or merge squads, and exchange weapons. During the Squad Phase, you lay the groundwork for a successful turn. Fire Phase: Check your enemy's line of sight and firepower, then flood the battlefield with lead. If you have the right weapons, you can fire smoke instead of attacking the enemy, gaining additional protection for your units. Movement Phase: Move any of your units that didn't attack during the previous phase, and try not to be caught off guard: the enemy may soon open fire. Enemy Defense Phase: Be prepared to defend your unit. Enemies that didn't open fire will have a last chance to damage your units. Advance Phase: Move any of your units one hex or engage the enemy in close combat with your infantry units. You'll roll dice to determine the outcome of the battle, but luck is in your hands: wise use of terrain, cover, leaders, obstacles, and many other modifiers will significantly increase your chances of success. MULTIPLAYER SUPPORT Valor & Victory launches with full multiplayer support: challenge your friends in 1v1 multiplayer matches, either via PBEM or in turn-based matches on the same computer. If you want to test your skills, sign up for official tournaments and climb the leaderboards. SCENARIO EDITOR The intuitive built-in scenario editor allows you to create and play your own scenarios against either the AI â€‹â€‹or your friends. Choose a map, set objectives, select factions, and position units and defending forces as you prefer. Add details and customize your rules: define the number of turns, weather conditions, and which side starts the game. The scenario editor gives you all the tools to create custom, unlimited mission objectives.
