Find yourself in the vast expanses of a vast futuristic metropolis in ANNO: Mutationem, and you'll immediately be immersed in a cyberpunk atmosphere and begin your quest for survival. Ann Flores, the game's protagonist, has lost her brother and is now determined to learn his fate and find out what happened to him. She's a lone fighter, mercenary, and freelancer, doing everything she can to survive in this harsh new world. But now she must use all her skills and abilities to find her brother, and you'll be the one to help her. Ann possesses unique abilities and skills that help her overcome even the most unusual enemies. For example, she possesses a unique hand-to-hand combat style, can dispatch enemies with her fists and feet, perform stunts that even gymnasts can't manage, and uses parkour to navigate the city, among other things. She's also an excellent marksman and skilled in the use of firearms. Equip Ann with a pistol, shotgun, futuristic assault rifle, or even more powerful weapons, and see for yourself how deadly these weapons are in the hands of the protagonist. Enemies will be numerous, and each new location will present you with something new. These could include squads of well-armed mercenaries, strange genetically enhanced mutants, former humans, or even cybernetic monsters. Each enemy will be unique, and you'll have to adapt to each encounter. Study your enemies, look for weaknesses and flaws, and survive. ANNO: Mutationem also features an advanced crafting system that allows you to create everything you need with the right items. These could include weapon chips, upgrades, special items to enhance Ann's primary stats, and a whole host of other things.
