Description: Frostpunk is a new game from the creators of This War of Mine. This is a game about the survival of a society where there is no life without heat, and every decision has a price. In a completely frozen world, people develop steam machines to withstand the unbearable cold. You have to build the last city on earth and provide your people with the means of survival. Optimization and rational use of resources are often balanced against compassion and humanity. While managing the city and society will take up the lion's share of the ruler's time, at some point, exploring the outside world will become essential to understanding its history and current state. What decisions will you make to ensure society's survival? What will you do when pushed to its limits? And who will you become in the process?
Game Features:

Establish the principles that govern the lives of a growing population. Set working hours, provide medical care and food, and manage other aspects of daily life. Give people hope and meet their needs: maintaining morale is as important as providing food and shelter.

When the turning point comes, be decisive and determine the path of your people. Will you rule with an iron fist... or show them the path of compassion and faith? Will you fall to extremes or try to find a reasonable balance? Whatever you choose, remember: there is no turning back.

Some of your decisionsâ€”for example, helping a citizen in need or compromising with a new factionâ€”may seem insignificant, but remember that the cumulative impact of your actions can lead to unexpected results. People have placed their trust in you, but their loyalty is not unlimited. Power can become a burden.

Survival is impossible without development. React to current events, but don't forget the long-term perspective and invest in technological progress. Building an advanced infrastructure with self-loading automatons, aircraft, and other technological marvels is not easy, but it is achievable. Everything depends on your management and leadership skills.

While New London is always your focus, the world is far more diverse beyond your city. Expeditions are risky, but they can yield important intelligence, valuable resources, and increase your city's population. There may be people out there in the icy wastes, and their fate is entirely in your hands.

Frostpunk's Endless Mode gives you endless possibilities for new playthroughs. Play on eight maps with unique landscapes, varied weather conditions, and challenges. We know players' preferences vary, so Endless Mode is available in three versions. "Endurance" will be a true test for those who enjoy building, managing, and surviving in the harshest conditions. In "Builders," you'll start the game without a generator, which is sure to present new challenges. Finally, "Serenity" is dedicated entirely to city building in a calm, relaxed atmosphere.
