Description: Reentry is a space flight simulator based on real spacecraft that strives to find the perfect balance between a simulator and a game. You create a new astronaut, gaining levels and experience for each action as you complete missions in space. Missions based on real events and fictional tasks will test your astronaut skills. Spaceships are highly complex machines, whose primary purpose is to explore and understand what lies beyond Earth's atmosphere while ensuring the long-term survival of astronauts. This is achieved through hundreds of individual systems and backup mechanisms working in concert. With the built-in Space Flight Academy, instructions for each ship, and checklists, you'll learn to operate these machines and explore space in high-definition, realistic environments. You'll be able to control virtually every system just like real astronauts, and experience the sunset and sunrise while orbiting Earth at over 25,500 feet per second. Explore the surface of the Earth and the Moon, or simply enjoy the solitude of space. Imagine the final seconds before launch. You sit atop a 111-meter-tall rocket, watching the instruments of the spacecraft as it prepares to leave the oasis called Earth. Engines ignite, mechanical systems hold you firmly below, and thousands of liters of propellant pump through the systems. The roar of five F1 engines generates nearly 8,000,000 pounds of thrust, violently shaking the cabin and lifting 3,000,000 kg from the launch pad. The launchpad tower gradually recedes as the engines hold the rocket like a skyscraper on a pin. Intricate systems created by engineers will safely accelerate you to 25,500 ft/s into freefall in orbit with the Moon as your target. Welcome to Reentry, the space flight simulator.
