Description: The Dark Pictures Anthology is a series of intense, narrative-driven, cinematic horror games where your choices shape the course of events. House of Ashes is the third game in the series. Iraq, 2003. As the conflict draws to a close, a military squad, accompanied by CIA agent Rachel King, is tasked with investigating a potential chemical weapons factory at the foot of the Zagros Mountains. Upon arrival, the search party is ambushed by a local patrol led by Sergeant Salim Othman. During the battle, an earthquake opens a sinkhole, plunging both squads into the buried ruins of a Sumerian temple, where something sinister has awakened in the darkness. Ancient, voracious creatures have found new prey. The squad will face terrifying discoveries and make impossible decisions as they navigate the underground labyrinth. What will they choose: to survive at any cost or to forget old enmity and unite with their recent enemies?
