Description: Los Suenos. Los Suenos police are reporting an unprecedented crime surge in the city. Special forces, or SWAT teams, have been deployed to handle dangerous situations such as hostage situations, bomb threats, shootouts with suspects barricaded in buildings, and more. Residents are urged to exercise caution when traveling around the city or to stay home. Although Los Suenos still enjoys a reputation for wealth, affording quality goods is becoming increasingly difficult for a significant portion of its residents. "The city is full of high-rises with tiny apartments and crumbling, cheap homes, which are being exploited by criminals like parasites," says Police Chief Galo Alvarez. "Our people are simply trying to survive. In this challenging environment, the police and SWAT teams remain the force that holds our community together and prevents it from crumbling under the onslaught of criminal chaos." In the fight against the city's rampant crime, Mr. Alvarez appointed David Beaumont, nicknamed "The Judge" for his resolute commitment to justice, as SWAT Commander.
