That's why the DK series is so incredibly popular: the worst you can get for crimes against humanity and "monstrosity" committed in the game is a reboot. In Dungeon Keeper 2, you play as a powerful Sorcerer, who clearly suffers from delusions of grandeur. Instead of sitting peacefully in his cellar and tormenting his charges, the Sorcerer strives to conquer more and more lands. How successful he is in this endeavor depends on you, for he is you! The game is divided into missions. Each mission has a specific objective: typically, you need to find and destroy a specific Sorcerer, as well as complete several secondary quests. The game is predominantly viewed from a top-down perspective, although the camera can be moved almost anywhere. There is also a first-person game mode: by possessing one of your monsters, you get the opportunity to personally participate in battles and observe the life of your Dungeon, so to speak, from the inside.
